Client Process
Our process begins with a thorough understanding of the business’s history, current state and future goals to determine how the desired role is in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. Our team then comes alongside the company’s hiring leadership to develop a plan leading towards the placement of the ideal talent to achieve the mission, vision and goals. We then present the opportunity to the market using customized, proven methods to attract the best talent for the role, then deliver the top candidates to you on an agreed-upon day for interviews and selection for hiring. The completion of the Client process occurs when the offer is presented by TSG and delivered to our client upon signing. We stay alongside you and the candidate to ensure success over subsequent months, and many years to come, in most cases.
Once a candidate has been identified, we take them through a thorough proprietary assessment process. It begins with an informal conversation, and once potential alignment with the opportunity is determined, they proceed to a candidate assessment and in-person interview with one or more TSG experts. If chosen, we take the candidate through a career reflection process, provide clarity on compensation expectations and alignment, coach on interview and presentation skills, as well as focus on any other developmental areas required to ensure a successful hire. We wrap things up by negotiating the placement, compensation and benefits, etc. with the chosen candidate and prospective employer, to ensure that the process leads to a successful alignment of the candidate’s career goals and the prospective employer’s news so that a mutually beneficial relationship is achieved!
